Section A2: Concerning The Pact

In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Pact, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Recipient and the Patron (individually the “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to this agreement) agree as follows:

—–

Section B1: Mortal Services

The Recipient agrees to provide the Patron with the following services (the “Services”):

1. At the time of the Recipients death, and after the customary seven (7) day waiting period post-expiration (as agreed upon in the Infernal-Angelic Treaty of Exclusion, section 3.1) the Recipient agrees that ownership of the Recipient's soul, essence, mana, ba, mind, shade, spirit, and all other aspects of the Recipient's metaphysical existence shall be transferred in full to the possession and ownership of the Patron, to be taken to a place in the afterlife of the Patron's choosing and continue to render the Services described in this Pact in Section B1, Subsection 4.

2. The Recipient agrees to render assistance requested by any individual or organization in the Patron's employ who is either a) a devilish minion or b) in a position of leadership in the Patron's following (here defined as any individual holding the rank of Deacon or above within the organization known as the “Bloodsworn” in service to, or in regards to the terms of their own Pacts with, the Patron.)

3. The Recipient agrees to the inscribing of the Patron's symbol onto a) the Recipient's face or b) the Recipient's dominant hand, as agreed upon by the Parties.

4. The Recipient agrees to, beginning at the time of the claiming of their metaphysical aspects by the Patron as described in Section B1, Subsection 1, render further services (hereafter referred to as “Postmortem Responsibilities”) to the Patron, without further payment or boons, until the time of the Patron's destruction or any change in the legal status of one of the Parties that frees the Recipient of these responsibilities. If no such changes occur, these Postmortem Responsibilities will be rendered to the best of the Recipient's ability for the agreed upon period of eternity or until the agreed upon date of None . The Postmortem Responsibilities are to be determined by the Patron, and are subject to change at the Patron's discretion at any time without consultation with the Recipient.

5. The Services will also include any other tasks on which the Parties agree. The Recipient hereby agrees to provide any such agreed-upon Services to the Patron to the best of the Recipient's ability.

6. These Services are subject to change or alteration by agreement between the Parties at a later date. The Parties hereby agree that such changes will be mutually beneficial and will not violate any other section of the Pact with the exception that said violated section is also altered as part of the same agreement.

Section B2: Boons

The Patron agrees to provide the Recipient with the following boons (the “Boons”) for so long as the Recipient draws breath:

1. The Patron agrees to provide any one (1) piece of objective information known to the Patron upon the signing of this Pact or at a later date of the Recipient's choosing.

2. The Recipient will be granted a direct link and the ability to channel the energy of the Patron for the purposes of harming of living entities, restoration of undead entities, or the powering of spells as described in Subsection 3.

3. The Recipient will be granted the knowledge necessary for the casting of spells, subject to the restrictions and specifications laid out in The Grand Pact of Asmodeus, Section 14.

4. The Recipient will be considered a friend of the Patron, and will be allowed to enter and leave the realm and holdings of the Patron within the Inferno without interference by any of the Patron's minions or subjects, provided that the Recipient is capable of reaching said realm and holdings.

5. Further one-time Boons (hereafter referred to as “Conditional Boons”) may be offered by the Patron in exchange for a specific service (the “Request”) outside of the scope of those laid out in Section B1 of this Pact as requested by the Patron at the time of the invocation of this clause. These Conditional Boons will take the form of a single use of specific spells drawn from The Grand Pact of Asmodeus of up to the 8th circle, up to and including the spell Limited Wish, or any one (1) piece of objective information known to the Patron. Upon the offering of a Conditional Boon, said offer becomes binding in the eyes of the Infernal Courts, and will be provided to the Recipient at a time of their choosing upon or after the completion of the Request by the Recipient.

6. The Recipient will gain the ability to directly contact the Patron, by means laid out in The Grand Pact of Asmodeus, a maximum of once per day for the purposes of renewal of spells, review of this Pact, and for any additional purposes as decided upon by the Recipient at the time of the invocation of this clause. Said contact must begin within thirty-five (35) minutes in either direction of midnight at the Recipient's location. If contact is attempted outside of the specified time window or is attempted multiple times in a single night, the Patron maintains the right to refuse said contact without explanation.

7. These Boons are subject to change or alteration by agreement between the Parties at a later date. The Parties hereby agree that such changes will be mutually beneficial and will not violate any other section of the Pact with the exception that said violated section is also altered as part of the same agreement.

Section B3: Violation and Termination

1. Termination of this agreement (the “Termination”) will automatically occur if any of the following circumstances are met.

1. The Recipient enters into a Pact or Contract with another individual or organization considered to be an enemy of the Patron.

2. The Recipient does not attempt to fulfil the Services to the best of their ability, as judged by the Infernal Courts.

3. The Patron makes the decision to terminate the agreement and ratifies this decision, accompanied by an appropriate complaint against the Recipient, with the Infernal Courts.

4. The Parties agree to terminate the agreement. In this case, Section B3, Subsection 3 will not activate, and after the termination of this agreement is completed to the satisfaction of both Parties the Pact will be considered null and void in the eyes of the Infernal Courts.

2. Upon Termination, the Recipient will lose access to all boons granted by the Patron.

3. Upon Termination, the Recipient will immediately be subject to the spell “Disintegration” once every six seconds and upon the destruction of their body and after the customary waiting period they will be claimed by the Patron and will begin providing their Postmortem Services as described in Section B1, Subsections 1 and 4. If any means of Resurrection restores the Recipient to a body before they can be claimed by the Patron, this clause will repeat until the Recipient is successfully claimed by the Patron.
