I just got rejected from Upwork because they said they have too many people with similar skills. How can I freelance online if they reject you based on a few skills you write rather than considering the actual experience you have?

Upwork is arguably one of the best platforms of its kind so I can understand that it’s a bummer to get rejected.

However, there are other similar platforms that are most likely still accepting new freelancers. And, even if not, you can always go out on your own.

You’d be surprised what you can do with a quality LinkedIn profile, a website and/or blog, and an all-in-one tool like AND CO[1].

Note: I am not a partner or representative if AND CO and have nothing to gain by recommending it. I simply feel that it’s a solid free tool that can help freelancers get a solid start.
