Petrifying gaze: 15 feet, can use as action – CON saving throw DC 8 + Proficiency bonus + WIS mod. Stunned until end of it’s next turn. Can use as many times as proficiency bonus  -1 (min 1) up to max of 4 uses per long rest.

Darkvision: can see 60 feet dim light as if bright, 60 feet in darkness as if dim light. All shades of Grey.

Snake hair: 1d4 + STR Piercing, CON Save 1d4 + CON at 1st level, 1d6 + CON at 4th, 1d8 + CON at 8th, 1d10 + CON at 12th, 1d12 + CON at 16 Poison

Must have hair exposed, not covered by cloak or helm to use.
