Size Rules

Tiny Size. When rolling hit dice to increase your maximum hit points when you gain a level, roll the hit die, halve the result, then add your Constitution modifier.

You have disadvantage on all Strength-based ability checks and saving throws. You gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws.

You cannot use standard-sized weapons or armour, and must have items custom tailored. While wearing armour that grants you a bonus to your AC equal to your Dexterity modifier, you may double the bonus granted by your Dexterity modifier. Weapons you wield must either have the Tiny property or both the Finesse and Light property. When using weapons without the Tiny property, you use them with disadvantage.

You make better use of cover. Where another PC would gain half cover or three-quarters cover, you gain three-quarters cover and total cover respectively. Incidental objects may offer 1/2 cover.

You can occupy the same space as another Tiny or larger creature.

Your carry and lifting weight as a Tiny creature is half that of a Medium creature with the

same Strength.

You only require half the amount of food and water as a Medium PC.

Large Size. When rolling hit dice to increase your maximum hit points when you gain a level, you add twice your Constitution modifier.

You have disadvantage on all Dexterity-based ability checks and saving throws. You gain advantage on Strength saving throws.

You cannot use standard-sized armour, and must have items custom tailored. While wearing armour that grants you a bonus to your AC equal to your Dexterity modifier, you may not benefit from this. You do not benefit from the Finesse property of weapons you wield. Weapons you wield deal extra damage equal to your Strength modifier.

You don’t make as good a use of cover. Where another PC would gain half cover or three-quarters cover, you gain no cover and half cover respectively.

You occupy a 10ft.-by-10ft. space, rather than a 5ft.-by-5ft. space, and as such must squeeze through Medium openings.

Your carry and lifting weight as a Large creature is double that of a Medium creature with the same Strength.

You require double the amount of food and water as a Medium PC.
