The Gourmet

The Gourmet

Great monster hunters are few and far between, but even they are a far sight from the eccentricities performed by a select food aficionados. Not content with common ingredients like beef and pork, these masters of the culinary arts seek out the exquisite tastes only found in the dangerous wilds of the world. For them, it’s eat or be eaten, though these cooks don’t make just a tasty meal. With their magically charged candies and metamorphosing dishes, Gourmets can gain the power to overcome greater foes, and in turn, produce more potent meals. These merry adventurers of savoriness take the phrase “you are what you eat” to a brand new level.

Role: Gourmets excel at augmenting their allies and themselves by means of their mystical meals, attuning them to a more supportive part of the group. However, given sufficient time and preparation, Gourmets can supplement any adventuring party as a frontline fighter or specialized healer. Due to their immense variability, Gourmets make the perfect complement to any adventuring party.

Alignment: While Gourmets tend to be more chaotic by nature, due to their unusual methodology and practices, there are no alignment restrictions to make delicious dishes. As such, a Gourmet may have any alignment.
