Toofland Heist

Toofland Heist

A 3rd level D&D 5e one shot

By Bram Bakker

The 2521 annual Blood Bowl Championship has come to Tuskland and everyone is excited! The Orcland Raiders are up against Reikland Reavers, ork versus human, the teams rivalry dating back at least two hundred years! Everyone is flocking to the stadium in the Brass City eager for the carnage!

Everyone, but for a small group of lowlifes who have found themselves down on their luck. They are without a job, being too late finding a tavern or bar to work for in these busy days. Instead Nikk Three-Horn, commissioner of the NAF (Nuffle Amorical Football) contacted the group for a very special job…

During the festivities, all the gold and teeth (ork currency) from the bars, roasted pig kiosks and Bloodweiser Beer stands will send 50% of the income to the Blood Bowl Championship Prizepool Vault. Nikk’s given the party a clear setup of the surveillance and security during the match. He wants the party to rob the vault close to the end of the game, when there is as much in them as possible. His advice is as follows:

  1. The vault is right underneath the caster’s seats at the stadium, about 30 feet below the ground.

  2. You must first enter the stadium, no I don’t have extra tickets lying around for you bums. Do I look like I’m made out of money?

  3. Whatever happens, don’t show your green faces to anyone, just in case they add 2 and 2 together and realize there were people underneath the stadium who shouldn’t be there.

  4. Arm yourself. Whatever security folks they put on it, not even I, the head commissioner was allowed to know what’s down there. I can say for sure that there’s no guarding dragon. I think.

  5. Have a plan to get it all out. I don’t care how you do it. Be unseen and bring it to Morg’s Mugs tavern.

  6. No I can’t get you an autograph from Morg ‘n Thorg. The guy can’t even write.
